I just wanted to write a good review for my salesman Silder. He is not only a great salesperson but he actually cares about his customers before and after the sale. I purchased a 2018 Altima and love the car, but I was so impressed with my salesman that I wanted to compliment him and not the car. He went the extra mile to make sure things were taken care of and I even texted him and he was out of the country on vacation for the first time in TWO years and I did not know that but HE STILL ANSWERED MY TEXT. I had a few little issues but HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYONE OF THEM!! I have been in professional sales my entire life and I am 47 years old so I have been around and to me this gentleman exemplifies a shining example how a salesman should treat his customer. Honestly, I could complain about a few things but that is what a great salesperson does LIKE Silder, he makes you forget about it and takes up the slack and lets the customer know that he cares about their experience and that the customer feels like they are not just a commission check AND THEN GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE GOES FROM OK TO GREAT. I strive to do that in my career and it was refreshing to be treated in such a professional manner. Keating Nissan should be excited to know that they have an "ALL STAR" on the team! Thanks Silder!! The service department has come an extremely long way in the last 1.5 years. I had vowed to never go back due to poor customer service and inexperienced auto technicians. I needed records of all the empty trips I made there and discovered there was a whole new crew of service techs and decided to give them a try. The new reps/techs go out of their way to make sure questions are answered and service to my vehicle is completed to my satisfaction.
